I-TES has developed and improved its thermal accumulator with the aim of making it easier to install and maintain over time.
In many cases, i-TES customers carry out independently each process of integration with the plant and subsequent management; in other cases they use the support of i-TES, which provides complete assistance with specialized personnel and in Italian.

Installation support
The i-TES thermal accumulator is designed to be compatible with every system and to be integrated independently by the customer.
In any case, when necessary, i-TES also provides an installation support service, oriented to facilitate and optimize installation operations. As with every i-TES intervention, installation support is provided in Italian by specialized and experienced personnel.
Remote verification and monitoring
i-TES’s thermal accumulator natively provides the opportunity to remotely monitor performance.
The data, also available in real time, can be accessed via an interactive dashboard available online.
A feature that makes it possible, at any time, to evaluate the results and verify the operation of the battery.
Maintenance
The battery of i-TES does not require routine maintenance, as the device is static and without moving parts. Visual checks on the good condition of the battery are included in the regular checks of the system as a whole. For exceptional maintenance, i-TES provides support until the end of product life.
